Julie the Kitteh

My current roommates have Julie, my favorite cat ever. I have owned cats before, but never one as sweet and snuggly as this one. I’m a night-owl, and Julie frequently comes to lay on the couch with me as I’m watching a movie, curling into the corners of me. When I pet her she goes crazy, soaking in the touching, and when I stop she goes right back to curling into me quietly.
Joshua is in love with this cat, too, and when we mentioned to the roommate who’s her primary owner how much we like Julie, said roommate agreed to let us take her to Tennessee with us. Yay! Basically, the roommate feels like she doesn’t give Julie enough attention, and she’ll be happy to know that we have her and are loving her so much.
As part of my daydreaming how life will go in our new house, I’ve already
picked out where the litter will go and where to keep her food. The house already has cat doors, so it’s already ready for that. Not all cats take to moving very well, so I hope she takes the move okay. We’re actually buying this house from the friends we currently live with, which means that Julie’s lived there before. It’s been over 6 months since she lived there. Will she remember it? Who knows?
Julie is an indoor-outdoor cat, loving to be in your arms, but also loving to be outside roaming for varmints. Every homestead needs a barn cat or two, right? We’ve got our first one in little Julie.
Edited: Oops! I found out later that Julie is actually Juli. Her full name is Orange Julious, although we mostly call her Kitteh.
